Tek Kwo Wilfred has long been a stalwart in Northern Uganda’s media landscape, renowned for his compelling presence as a radio presenter and news anchor at 102 Mega FM in Gulu and the CEO LUO TV YouTube channel. When you are talking about Northern Uganda media you can’t leave Tekkwo Wilfred out of the game.

Beyond the airwaves, Wilfred’s commitment to nurturing local talent is evident in his role as the general manager for GMS De Younger under the African Youth Music Empire. He joined his fellows Northern artist earlier this year marked by the release of his song “Obwol Mon,” whereby this song criticises Northern Ugandan leaders who always they keep on deceiving us during campaign time and yet when they’re elected they can’t fulfill their pledges.

Soldy Boy is a prominent Lakukubu heat maker based in Pabbo Town in Amuru District who he is well known for making finest marriage and other traditional songs in Amuru District like “BodaBoda”.His unique blend of Afrobeat rhythms and poignant lyrics resonates deeply with audiences, capturing the essence of Northern Ugandan life and aspirations. His collaborations with fellow artists and commitment to community upliftment underscore his role as both a musician and a cultural ambassador within Pabbo Town council.

The collaborative project with title “Gekere” is a real life song and warning to Northern ugandan especially youth on issues of hijacking the women who were at sometimes at their home or wives to someone. Because they don’t know why they left their home and they don’t know how to handles them.
