Northern Uganda-based singer Mixola to Hold his first Mediate Concert.

Over the last three years, Northern Uganda’s music industry grew by over 40%, According to research done by the ‘musicwaa’ field team in November 2024, the music industry from the North has grown by 15%+ every year since 2020.

In 2023, Singer Okello Patrick best konwn as Pato Lover held a successful concert he tagged with the name ‘Obinen Concert’ at Acholi Inn Gulu , Northern Uganda, a concert that accomdated over 5,000 people and again in May 2024 singer Eddy Wizzy held a concert at the same place and 6,000 people attended. This first shows the clear signal growth of the music indusdtry in the North.

This year,Northern Uganda’s first rising singer Mixola bid on showing his strength in the music industry by doing the same thing Pato LoverBoy and Eddy Wizzy did, we are talking about holding a music concert.

Last Saturday 15th, February at City Club Gulu, Mixola manager Dawiz said they are planning to hold Mixola first concert this 2025.

The next day 16th, Febuary after Musicwaa reached Dawiz management via a phone call, he said they couldn’t give the details of the concert until they completed the organization of the concert.

If this concert goes through, this will be the first Mixola Mediet Concert.
