Lucky Dee visit to Gulu university ignited the Alur students
The highly anticipated event, organized by ALGUSA’s executive committee on the 2nd Nov 2024 at Courtyard Hostel, drew a good number of students eager to experience Lucky Dee’s signature blend of Afrobeat and dancehall . The venue was electric, with students singing along to Lucky Dee’s hit tracks.
Before his performance, Lucky Dee addressed the students, started by asking for forgiveness for coming late which he said was due to burial for the late grandmother that was scheduled on the same date and continued sharing words of encouragement and inspiration. “When at school always remember your background since many parents hustle hard to raise tuition so please utilize the opportunity very well,” he urged. “As students, you are the future leaders, and I’m honored to be part of your journey.”
The crowd was wowed by Lucky Dee’s captivating vocals. Students sang along, danced, and waved their hands in the air, creating an infectious atmosphere.
